Return Policy

RETURN POLICY — ChimneyCharms™

Because ChimneyCharms™ products are seasonal holiday decorations, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items, change of mind, or delays caused by carriers. This allows us to keep our prices affordable and ensure fast order processing during the holiday season.


Eligibility for Returns

A return is only eligible if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product arrived defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, OR

  • A full refund

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item

  • Photos of the packaging

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Seasonal decorations that are not defective

  • Items delivered successfully but no longer wanted

  • Orders with the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Gift cards or digital products


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Banks may take 3–7 business days to process the refund

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer

  3. Email us at ChimneyCharms@outlook.com


Return Shipping

For approved return cases:

  • We will cover the cost of replacement shipping for defective or incorrect items

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on unauthorized or unapproved returns


Items Marked as Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, we can provide store credit for the value of the item for eligible return cases.


Important Note

ChimneyCharms™ is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address

  • Packages delayed due to carrier volume (common during the holiday season)
